In October of 2026, Keith LaMar's legal team submitted the following Request to Open Clemency Proceedings for Keith LaMar to the Ohio Parole Board, in hopes that they will provide their recommendation to Governor Mike DeWine, before he leaves office in January of 2027. The governor needs to hear from them in order to lawfully issue a pardon. Our hope is that he will put an end to Keith LaMar's unConstitutional suffering and that the information presented below will help him understand just what kind of human being Keith LaMar is.
